[Call for Participants] 12th University Scholars Leadership Symposium (USLS) 2024 August 6-9, 2024 at United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok, Thailand

The USLS is a transformative experience that will equip participants with the tools and confidence to tackle the most pressing issues. Through engaging UN workshops and inspiring talks by real-life change-makers, they’ll find their voice, purpose, and power to make a difference.

At the core of the USLS experience is the cultivation of emerging world leaders, instilling the confidence to spearhead sustainable development projects within their communities.  It’s a melting pot of ideas, a hub for collaborations, and a space where diverse voices unite for a shared vision of a better world.

Key Themes: UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

- UN Workshops and Exhibitions: Participation in UN workshops (UNEP, UNHCR, UN WOMEN, IOM) covering diverse topics.

- Kindness Day Volunteer Experimental Activities: Engaging in service activities supported by the Thai government focusing on human, animal welfare, and environmental protection aligned with UN SDGs, such as volunteering in Bangkok's largest slum, caring for rescued elephants, and mangrove tree planting.

- Leadership Lectures: Gaining insights from global mentors.

How to Apply:

Email Application: Download and complete the Delegate Application Form, then submit it via email to hongchun.wang@humanitarianaffairs.asia (Waived online application fee of USD 12).

 

Registration Fee:

- Early Bird USD 1450 (Flight cost not included).

- Round 1 Application Deadline: 31 March, 2024. We recommend securing a month's flexibility for registration and payment processes.
