We are excited to announce the launch of Project Destined Spring 2025 Virtual Commercial Real Estate Internship. Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle Group executive, has partnered with 250+ leading real estate firms to train 15,000+ students over the span of its 8 years of existence.

The training supports students in building the technical (including financial modeling) and soft skills required to pursue careers in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Development, among others. Additionally, the program focuses on training students to become “owners” in their own community by analyzing live local commercial real estate deals.

The 8-week Spring 2025 Virtual Internship Program (held in the evenings) will launch in 30+ U.S. and International markets in Spring 2025 with an incredible group of partners including CBRE, Link Logistics, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, JLL, Greystar, Eastdil Secured, PGIM Real Estate, among others (see list of selected partners below). As part of the program, interns will work 6-8 hours in the evenings or the weekend including real estate training, an Executive Speaker Series, mentor office hours and competing with students from 70+ universities in “Shark Tank” style live deal pitch competitions.

Students will have the opportunity to:

• Join the Project Destined network of over 250+ Global Real Estate Firms globally.

• Work on live real estate deals with some of their 500+ Corporate Mentors.

• Earn an academic stipend of $500 upon program completion.

• Free access to Financial Modeling Training led by Professionals from New York University (NYU) & Columbia University. Achieve a Financial Modeling Certification upon completion.

• Supplement your existing internship or academic scheduling.

• Get access to special bridge programs led by top Real Estate & Investment Management Firms in fields including Corporate Real Estate, Investment Banking, Development, Asset Management & others.
