ROLES OVERVIEW

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will identify and recruit the right experts to support client projects. This work requires strong communication, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify suitable experts using sourcing strategies.

You will learn how to understand client needs, build expert profiles, source top-tier professionals, and manage end-to-end coordination for expert consultations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Understanding & Expert Profile Identification

• Gain a clear understanding of client project needs based on main topics and client characteristics.

• Identify the best-fit expert profile using key requirements such as industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, seniority, and specific expertise.

Recruiting Expert Candidates (Main Focus)

• Source ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, local recruitment sites, internal databases, and professional networks.

• Reach out to experts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult on client topics.

• Screen and assess experts to confirm their experience and suitability before connecting them with clients.

• Manage scheduling for client–expert interviews and build relationships with experts for future collaborations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Background

• Final year student, Fresh graduates

• 0-3 years of working experience in sales, recruitment, client service, or related fields

• Fluency in English and Korean (verbal and written) -  able to communicate confidently with experts across APAC

• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Goal-oriented and KPI-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets

• Results-focused:  consistently track, measure, and improve performance

• Strong problem-solving mindset: able to identify and address gaps between goals and outcomes

• Collaborative and open to seeking support to achieve the best outcomes.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: INTERNSHIP PATHWAY 

We also offer a Client Solutions Intern position during this Program for candidates who want hands-on exposure before stepping into a full-time role and can commit full-time for at least 6 months.
