ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 

Client Solutions Intern (Korean Speaker)

Full-time Internship | Minimum 6 months | Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

  • The Client Solutions Internship Program at Arches offers hands-on experience in the Expert Network Services (ENS) industry, supporting consulting firms, investors, and global corporations with critical insights.

  • As a Client Solutions Intern, you will work closely with the Expert Calls team to support expert recruitment, project coordination, and client-facing activities. This role is designed for students and recent graduates seeking practical exposure to global business operations and interested in developing a foundation in client solutions, research, and stakeholder coordination.

  • This is a full-time, on-site internship (minimum 6 months) based in Ho Chi Minh City, with relocation support provided.

Interns who demonstrate strong performance and readiness may be considered for a full-time Client Solutions Associate role after 5-6 months.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Understand Client Projects
    Interpret client project topics and requirements and translate them into clear expert profiles based on industry, target companies, functions, seniority, and specific expertise.

  •  Source and Recruit Experts (Core Focus)
    Research and identify suitable experts using internal databases, referral partners, and local platforms. Screen experts and assess their relevance to project needs, maintain relationships with expert referral partners to support ongoing projects.

  • Support Client and Project Delivery

Coordinate expert sourcing and track project progress, update usage reports and revenue data for smooth communication, and ensure timely project execution through scheduling assistance.

  • Assist Business and Market Activities

Support business development by identifying potential client leads. Help prepare and customize client introduction materials, and post interview opportunities on local job platforms, monitor responses.

 

WHO CAN APPLY

This program is suitable for candidates who:

  • Are Final-year students/Recent graduates able to commit full-time.

  • Preferred Majors: Business, Economics, International Relations, Communications, or related fields.

  • Can commit full-time for at least 6 months.

  • Are fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
