Profile
Dr. Kim has received BA from Columbia University and J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. He also received M. Phil. from the University of Oxford, and Ph. D. from the University of California, Riverside. Dr. Kim has published extensively in the field of international economic law in journals including Journal of International Economic Law, Journal of World Trade, and World Trade Review. Besides his scholarly background, Dr. Kim served in the Korean government as Director of FTA Goods Negotiation Division in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and represented the Korean Government as Lead Negotiator in the KORUS FTA.Homepage
